Have you seen the new Ford series, “Go Further?” It highlights a variety of everyday heroes throughout the country, doing things to help people, animals, the planet and more.
We were especially intrigued by this program: Hour Lunch. It was started by Anton Cobb, a Ford driver, who came up with the idea to skip lunch one day per week and donate the money to help hungry kids. Anton, who lives in Portland, Oregon, sets up a table during this one lunch hour and asks others to donate their lunch money.
Since he started the program, Anton has raised thousands of dollars for the food bank and helped keep many hungry kids’ bellies full.
Here at Liberty Ford Of Maple Heights, we salute Anton and all the many people who gave up their lunch money for an awesome cause. We welcome you to visit us here in Maple Heights, Ohio, soon to chat about this or any of the new and pre-owned vehicles on our lot.
